Waffles without a waffle iron!

not too bad for my first attempt

I love my Sunday brunch waffles, however I don’t have a waffle iron on the boat. But I do have a small cast iron grill pan. Someone mentioned you can use that to make what I can only describe as some damn ugly waffles. However they are tasty and more importantly crispy on the outside. I think it’s going to take a few tries to perfect, but totally happy with the results.

We have waffles on the boat!!!
